Hi! I’m Killian Poolmans (He/Him)

I’m a mission to redesign the workforce by helping teams to embrace creativity and inclusivity in their ways of working and product development. I founded PINKHAMMER because I believe we need different tools and perspectives to tackle the challenges our societies are facing today.

In the past decade I have used my Engineering and System Design background to uplift the innovation capabilities of over 500 teams ranging from start-ups to global organisations across Berlin, Melbourne, Singapore and Seoul.

With PINKHAMMER I hope to facilitate the connection between inspiring voices and organisations that strive to be conscious in their innovation practices. Hereby contributing to an inclusive and creative workforce that creates solutions for the full spectrum of society.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you wnt to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you hav a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

we are a collective of…

Designers envisioning future scenarios of your product

Artists brainstorming ideas for your business challenges

Activists helping you to establish your company values

Drag queens showing you how to be authentic in your messaging

COLLECTIVE VOICES

Meet the voices that inspire, shape and influence our virtual programs.

  • Torkan Omari (She / Her)

    Actress, Writer, Activist

I’m an Afghan-Dutch writer, actress and coach, currently based in Berlin.

My work focuses on the intersections of class, race and gender. I aim to deconstruct stereotypes by showing the complexity of identity formation through her storytelling.

As a diversity coach I helps visionary leaders build more inclusive work environments.

  • Tiago de Sousa Araujo (He / Him)

    3D designer

I strive to transform the world of fashion and beauty using 3D & AR techniques to create experiences that propel brands towards a more sustainable and accessible future.

I am captivated by digital storytelling, inside the 3D space my creativity can flourish without any physical or spatial boundaries. This allows me to create compelling visuals relying only on my client or brand wishes.

My experience with 3D artwork and living abroad for the past 5 years has taught me that my pieces should nurture and cooperate within the human experience, therefore I'm interested in boundary-breaking projects that catalyze social changes and transforms industries from the inside-out.

Working in the creative industry since 2012, I'm specialized in 3D, Digital Fashion, and Augmented Reality, familiar with Clo3D, Marvelous Designer, Cinema4D, Octane Render, Spark AR, and other softwares where I recreate garments and accessories for fashion ads, e-commerce websites, web-AR platforms, and Instagram filters.

On my time off I appreciate gallery-hunting, traveling, and discovering subcultures.

Adinde de Lange (She / Her)

Strategic Service Designer / Creative Facilitator

I bring together perspectives and strengths of people to come to broadly-based solutions for complex societal challenges.

I do so by designing and facilitating creative processes that encourage people to approach their challenge in a creative way.

Creative working methods help to enlarge the solution space and thereby lead to innovative and suitable ideas. I believe that explaining the mechanisms behind such techniques and practicing them on real challenges (learning-by-doing) helps clients to adopt design thinking in their daily way of working.

Currently I am working on projects for educational organizations, municipalities, housing corporations and ministries at Zeewaardig in Rotterdam. My previous job as a UX designer has taught me a lot about the digital side of service design.

Using my curiosity to get a better understanding of societal and organizational structures is something I love to do, involving clients in that process by giving them the tools and courage to be creative is my passion.

And in the mean time I enjoy some aquarelle painting.

  • Bas Mastboom (They / He / She)

    Performer / writer / inspirator.

I help people to live their own truths by performing self written pieces that question the current ways of society in an unapologetic way.

I see myself as a spokesperson showing people a different way of life to enhance their freedom.

As a performer I create drag-like stand up comedy pieces about social issues mainly related to gender and sexuality. I'm currently performing my own piece "Lana Del Gay" and am part of the national production of Boys won't be Boys.

As an inspirator I convey topics I'm passionate about in various settings. I have designed and moderated programs about the liveability and quality of cities and the living environment and I'm always open to creating the full scope of a program experience; from shaping the vision to logistics and branding.

Combining my love for performance art, my belief in living in your truth and my "get the thing done" attitude I have created "The Lot”, my own company for you to spot in a theater / bar / alleyway near you soon.

Because I am a fucking star and I love a loud scream, you should try it!

  • Maria Lolo (she / her)

    Neuropsychologist/Holistic Counsellor/Psychedelic Facilitator

Gaining a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the human mind has always been my passion.

I‘m a co-founder of Ōsmos Studio in Berlin, where alongside my private practice as a holistic counsellor, I host workshops about interpersonal relationships, and altered states of consciousness.

Both my group workshops and individual sessions take place in a casual and caring setting. My objective is to create a safe container that enables people to unlock their inner resources. Developing and employing our intellectual, emotional, social, physical, artistic, and spiritual competencies allows us to solve problems, find healing and develop as individuals and communities.

Working mostly with people that fall under the gender, relationship and sexual diversity umbrella, I strive to make mental health more accessible and psychedelic spaces more inclusive and diverse, to help create spaces that actually represent and reflect multiple realities

  • Dorian Kingma (she/her)

    Social Designer

As a designer, I create meaningful experiences and installations that encourage people to reflect on current societal challenges.

My projects always start within the context, with the people that are faced with the challenges at hand. I like to listen and get my hands dirty.

In my projects, I combine thorough research with elements of performance, storytelling, graphic and spatial design. The final design is always an interactive experience or installation: you are never only audience, but always also a participant.

The designs challenge the participants to get uncomfortable and face confrontation, because I believe that is what is necessary for change. Using humor, playfulness and imagination seduces you to do so.

I've been doing this lovely work from my design studio SMELT in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

    My hangovers are the worst...

We’d love to meet!
